To confirm the reservation we require a deposit representing 25% of the total cost. Payment should be made by wire transfer in Euros, payable to Sarl France’s Impressions and transferred to our bank in France:

The payment of deposit is a proof you have accepted our terms and conditions.
Note: If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact us and we will send you a link. Please note that a commission fee of 4% of the total cost will apply.
The remaining balance is due to 90 days prior to departure date, payable in the ways detailed above.
If you wish to register for a program that is scheduled to depart within the 90 days, a full payment is required at the time of registration and will be valid only when we will receive it.
Cancellations must be received in writing to be admitted and considered as effective. All refunds are based on the date the written letter is received in our office. No refund will be given for any unused portion of any program.

France’s Impressions reserves the right to cancel a program or to make appropriate changes in any program in the best interests of the participants.
Cancellation may be due to insufficient enrolment or because of circumstances that are out of the control of France’s Impressions.
If we must cancel a program, we will be notify you as far in advance as possible and you will receive a full refund.
We strongly recommend you to purchase a travel insurance including trip cancellation. Check with your insurance company, to be certain that your policy covers you while travelling overseas.
Participants on our program should be in good physical condition, and be prepared to do considerable walking and climbing frequently on cobblestone streets and uneven terrain.
Many of our programs include much walking and stair climbing through museums, castles, châteaux, hilltop villages and other points of interest.
France’s Impressions does not assume responsibility for any personal injury property damage or other loss caused by weather, strikes, civil or military disturbances, acts of governments, acts of terrorism, political unrest, theft, sickness or other causes beyond its control.
France’s Impressions does not assume any responsibility for participants’ personal belongings, including all luggage, handbags, carry-ons and other possessions.
