We ask that you to read our policy below carefully.
Registration & Deposit
We recommend that you enrol as early as you can, because each tour has a limited number of participants.
You can register by regular mail, or email. We require a deposit representing 35% of the total cost per person and per program at the time of registration. For barge cruises the terms and conditions are the following: for individual bookings a deposit of € 700 per passengers per week is payable at the time of Booking Form attached hereto duly completed and signed. The balance is payable 90 days prior to departure.
You may pay by Paypal to make a secured on line payment, by Money Transfers in euros, by Travellers Cheques in euros or personal checks in Euros or US dollars.

If you use this method of payment, please add 2% of the total costs (commission fees).

3- Personal checks in US dollars (1 euro= $1.40) should be made payable to France's Impressions and mailed to:
France's Impressions, c/o Michèle Melchionda, 1315 Southeast Street, Amherst, MA 01002, USA.
A reservation is made only by completing the booking form and when the deposit will be received in our office. (See reference above for address). We will send you a letter (mail/fax/email) of confirmation.
Each deposit includes a € 100 non-refundable administrative fee (nraf). For barge cruises, see below.
Waiting List
In the event the program your request is fully booked, we will place you on a waiting list if you like, or you may choose an alternative program. If we are unable to enrol you from the waiting list, we will refund your deposit in full.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due to 90 days prior to departure date, payable in the ways detailed above.
If you wish to register for a program that is scheduled to depart within the 90 days, a full payment is required at the time of registration and will be valid only when we will receive it.
Cancellations & Refunds except barge cruises
Cancellations must be received in writing to be admitted and considered as effective. All refunds are based on the date the written letter is received in our office. No refund will be given for any unused portion of any program.

Cancellations & Refunds for barge cruises

Cancellation by France's Impressions
France's Impressions reserves the right to cancel a program or to make appropriate changes in any program in the best interests of the participants.
Cancellation may be due to insufficient enrolment or because of circumstances that are out of the control of France's Impressions.
If we must cancel a program, we will be notify you as far in advance as possible and you will receive a full refund.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend you to purchase a travel insurance including trip cancellation. Check with your insurance company, to be certain that your policy covers you while travelling overseas.
Health Statement
Participants on our program should be in good physical condition, and be prepared to do considerable walking and climbing frequently on cobblestone streets and uneven terrain.
Many of our programs include much walking and stair climbing through museums, castles, châteaux, hilltop villages and other points of interest.
Losses & Responsibility
France's Impressions does not assume responsibility for any personal injury property damage or other loss caused by weather, strikes, civil or military disturbances, acts of governments, acts of terrorism, political unrest, theft, sickness or other causes beyond its control.
France's Impressions does not assume any responsibility for participants' personal belongings, including all luggage, handbags, carry-ons and other possessions.
